Your life is shaped far more by the posture of your heart than by the circumstances around you. This series helps you notice how your heart responds to God when you are armored, frozen, striving, poured out, or surrendered, and then gently leads you back to letting Him be God.
The Heart Posture Series is a guided journey from survival to surrender. Across eight reflections, we explore how trauma and life experience have shaped the way your heart relates to God, yourself, and others. You will name three survival postures of the heart (armored, frozen, and striving) and discover two healing postures (poured out and surrendered) that lead to secure, Christ centered relationship. Each article will point you to Jesus, stay grounded in Scripture and clinical insight, and move you toward the mission at the core of Redeemed & Rewired: helping you live aligned with who God is, who He says you are, and how He designed relationships to work.
