One rough moment doesn’t mean much on its own, but what we need to pay attention to is the pattern: the thing that keeps showing up no matter how many times you’ve told yourself this year would be different.
This series walks through what fruit is, how it actually grows, how to recognize it in your own life, and what to do once you see it. The point isn’t to hand you guilt or a new behavior checklist. What actually helps is slowing down enough to notice, honestly, where fear, old wounds, or survival habits you picked up somewhere along the way are quietly running the show instead of what you actually say you believe.
